Can be lifted and carried in one hand by the grip placed at the point of balance. Holds two bottles comfortably. Pressed from a single sheet of alluminium.
La Monella, Bricco dell’Uccellone

Lettering is everything in the design of this label: traditional character freely combined create a distinctive, memorable identity. It played a decisive part in the success of these wines on the crowded shelves of both traditional shops and chain stores.

The pre-alphabetic “P”, given body and texture by silkscreen art, dominates the bottle. The first example of silkscreen printing on a wine label.

A bottle defined by a single line that unites the neck and body of the bottle. A marvelously fluid image with the label as a balanced focal point.
